How do I create an account on Grow Up More?
Click the "Login" button in the top menu, then select "Register". Fill in your name, email, and mobile number. You'll receive an OTP to verify your account. Once verified, you can start browsing and enrolling in courses immediately.
How to reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you an OTP. Verify the OTP and set a new password. The entire process takes less than a minute.
How do I update my profile information?
After logging in, click on your name/avatar in the top-right corner and go to "My Profile". You can update your name, photo, location, education, bio, and other details. Click "Save Changes" when done.
Can I change my registered email or mobile number?
For security reasons, email and mobile changes require verification. Please contact our support team at info@growupmore.com with your request, and we'll guide you through the process.

How do I enroll in a course?
Browse our courses from the homepage or the Courses page. Click on any course to view details, then click "Enroll Now". Complete the payment and you'll get instant access to all course materials, projects, and your learning dashboard.
Can I change my preferred language after enrollment?
Yes! You can switch your course language anytime from your learning dashboard. We offer courses in 10 Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, and English.
How do I contact my mentor?
Each course includes dedicated mentor support. You can reach your mentor through the in-course chat, schedule a 1-on-1 doubt-clearing session from your dashboard, or post questions in the community forum. Mentors typically respond within 4–6 hours.
Do I get lifetime access to my enrolled courses?
Yes, absolutely! Once you enroll in a course, you get lifetime access to all course materials, including any future updates. You can revisit the content anytime, even after completing the course.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, digital wallets, and no-cost EMI starting from ₹2,500/month. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
How does no-cost EMI work?
No-cost EMI lets you split your course fee into easy monthly instalments with zero extra charges. Select the EMI option at checkout, choose your preferred tenure (3, 6, or 12 months), and pay with your credit card. The interest is borne by us — you pay only the course price.
Can I get a refund after enrollment?
Yes — we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
I made a payment but my course isn't showing. What do I do?
Occasionally, payment confirmation takes a few minutes. Please wait 10–15 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If the course still doesn't appear, email us at info@growupmore.com with your payment receipt and we'll resolve it within 2 hours.

Certificates

How do I download my certificate?
After completing all course modules and the final assessment, your certificate is automatically generated. Go to Dashboard → Certificates, and click the download button. You'll receive a PDF certificate with a unique verification ID.
Are Grow Up More certificates recognised by employers?
Yes! Our certificates are recognised by 500+ hiring partners including TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Flipkart, and many startups. Each certificate has a unique QR code and verification link that employers can use to validate your credentials.
Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?
Absolutely! Each certificate page has a "Share on LinkedIn" button that automatically formats your achievement for your LinkedIn profile. You can also add the certificate URL to your resume and portfolio.

How does placement assistance work?
After course completion, our placement team helps with resume building, LinkedIn profile optimisation, mock interviews, and direct referrals to our 500+ hiring partners. We have a 95% placement success rate within 3 months of course completion.
Is placement guaranteed after completing a course?
While we don't guarantee placement (no honest platform does), we provide full placement support with a 95% success rate. This includes resume reviews, interview prep, mock interviews, and direct referrals. Students who actively participate in the placement process have the highest success rates.

If videos aren't playing properly, try these steps: (1) Clear your browser cache, (2) Switch to Chrome or Firefox, (3) Check your internet speed (minimum 2 Mbps recommended), (4) Disable browser extensions that may block video playback, (5) Try the Brave browser if ad-blockers are interfering. If the issue persists, contact our technical support.
Which browsers and devices are supported?
Our platform works best on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari (latest versions). We support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices. For the best experience on mobile, we recommend using Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS.
Can I download course videos for offline viewing?
Offline download is currently available on our Android app (coming soon on iOS). On the web platform, you need an active internet connection to stream course content. We recommend minimum 2 Mbps for SD quality and 5 Mbps for HD quality.
