Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the enrollment date.
• You have completed less than 25% of the total course content.
• No certificate has been issued for the course.

2. Partial Refund

If you request a refund between 8–15 days after enrollment and have completed less than 25% of the course, you may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Request made after 15 days from enrollment date.
• More than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
• A certificate has already been issued.
• The course was purchased with a referral discount greater than 50%.
• The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
• Free courses, trial enrollments, or bonus courses bundled with a paid purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Log in to your Dashboard and go to Settings.
• Step 2: Navigate to "Billing & Payments" and click "Request Refund" next to the relevant course.
• Step 3: Fill out the refund reason form (optional but helpful for us to improve).
• Step 4: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email.

Alternatively, email refunds@growupmore.com with your registered email, course name, and enrollment date.

5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

• UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
• Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
• Net Banking: 5–10 business days
• EMI Purchases: Refund will be adjusted against your EMI schedule. Please check with your bank for details.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Coupon & Referral Adjustments

If a coupon or referral code was used at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid (after discount), not the original course price.

7. Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time course transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value within 30 days of enrollment. If the new course costs more, you pay the difference.
